Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the field of IT project management These are your colleagues As a dynamic and innovative team of eight colleagues, we are looking for an IT project manager (m/w/d), who enriches our team and jointly develops and drives innovative projects - with a lot of space for their own ideas and professional development.

Process analysis: You take stock and analyze our IT-based business processes to identify optimization potentials. Process optimization: You develop concepts and solutions to improve and standardize our IT-based business processes, including all stakeholders. Project management: You plan, organize and implement IT projects while complying with regulatory security requirements. From idea to implementation - you design and implement security strategies, carry out protection needs analyses and risk assessments and support in building the security organization. Information management: You will first and provide documentation as well as reportings on project status and progress. Resource Planning: You organize and appreciate the effort for our projects, taking back on development and testing. Requirement management: You design requirements and work either with the SCRUM-based work model or classic project methods. Interface management: You are our interface between business application and IT technology. You regularly conduct security audits and assessments to check the effectiveness of the security measures. You coordinate and accompany inquiries from among others auditors and supervisors. You coordinate cooperation with external security companies.

You bring a completed study of economic informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification, e.g. training as a specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on data and process analysis. Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in IT project management, preferably with the focus on cyber security, IT forensics and penetration testing. You bring several years of experience in business analysis, software conception and project work. You have very good knowledge of agile methods such as SCRUM and Kanban as well as tools of IT project management. You have a high IT affinity and IT skills. You have fun in project work, have organizational talent as well as very good communication skills and are a team player. You work in a solution-oriented manner, have good analytical skills and a pronounced quality awareness. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
