Application Manager Core Banking - Accounts & Securities unlimited – from now on – part-time & full-time As Application Manager Core Banking Accounts & Securities (w/m/d), you actively shape the further development of our application landscape in the field of securities processing as well as account management and contribute to making our digital services accessible to our customers & users. You support our mission “to make people in Germany better investors”.

Operation, Process & Requirement Management Ensuring a stable, safe and performant operation with a view to the securities processing & account management Processing and Priority of Support Requests from the Departments End-to-end Responsibility of all business processes for securities settlement and account management Responsibility for Quality, Efficiency and Development of Backoffice Processes

Incident & Problem Management Control and Priority of Incidents in Responsibility Coordination of fault analyses and sustainable problem solving

Project work & control Control & monitoring of central partners (e.g. Avaloq, Clearstream, warehouses, external providers) Responsibility for SLA reporting, service quality and escalation Implementation of service and coordination meetings with service providers Participation in implementation projects of our service providers as representatives of the bank Close cooperation with IT security, business experts and specialist departments

Release, Test & Quality Management Planning, Conducting & Acceptance of Professional Tests

Regulatorik & Documentation Implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. MIFIR, stock market supervision, WpHG etc.) Participation in outsourcing management according to regulatory requirements Ensuring audit-proof documentation

Experiences & technical know-how: completed studies in the field of business management, computer science or business informatics as well as comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in securities settlement & account management Experience in application management, ideally in banks or regulated environments knowledge of banking, payment or securities systems, in particular the core banking system Avaloq

Personality: IT affinity & a quick understanding when learning new applications Business thinking and acting Organisational skills and responsibility High quality awareness and structured, independent working Secure communication on all hierarchical levels, decision-making and enforcement Very good English skills
