Head of Testing Quality Assurance Pipe Construction (m/f/d)

Detection and application of applicable QS requirements from specifications, standards and documents, as well as technical management and implementation of quality and safety checks for the construction project Creation, ongoing updating and optimization of test sequence and deployment plans including resource, personnel and media planning as well as coordination with internal and external interfaces Ensuring occupational safety by instructing the persons involved in the tests, maintaining relevant databases (quality deviations, order control, SAP) and reporting of deviations and complaints in the respective systems Coordination and documentation of the test sequence, tracking of the test status of the pipeline systems, processing and tracking of the test results and communication of the status to all relevant interfaces Support of group leaders:in the development of QS processes, the identification of development needs, the creation and updating of risk assessments, operational and work instructions, and expert advice on special topics and error analyses

Complete vocational training in the field of plant mechanics or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in plant mechanics, in particular in special plant and pipe construction, including well-founded knowledge of common manufacturing processes and their typical sources of problems Multiannual practice in quality assurance, demonstrable competence in project management (planning, control, appointment and budget controlling) as well as first experience in the professional management of teams Safe handling of MS Office, ideally SAP, and very good communication skills in German and English (word and writing), combined with intercultural competence and pleasure in customer contact Embossed quality orientation, accuracy, integrity and solution- and improvement-oriented thinking, coupled with high resilience, self-sufficiency and flexibility, even in case of plan deviations, service trips and shift and weekend work Strong team and conflict ability, empathic appearance and convincing, targeted communication to colleagues, superiors and customers:
