In the areas of operational investigations, supply chain security, government statements and threat management, your core tasks include:

Define, implement and develop regulations and best practices recommendations to build organizational structures and processes to process the topics within your own department and in the company Advise and support the responsible managers in implementing and implementing the resulting requirements in their areas of responsibility Checking the effectiveness of the implemented structures and processes

Focusing on internal and external logistics processes and cooperation with partners from factory and service contracts:

Record and evaluate indications of risk-affected processes and normative or harmful behaviour Plan and conduct investigations to clarify these references Cooperation with other internal investigative units (indicator system, compliance, audit) and external administrative investigative bodies Capture and evaluate data in the context of the topics and compile reports and statistics Analyze the map, plan and perform awareness-raising measures Analyze organisational structures and process sequences, to detect risk-increasing and harmful weaknesses Advise and support the process managers in controlling these organisational and process weaknesses Recording, evaluating and processing of administrative enquiries on criminal and regulatory matters Record and rate hints on threat behaviour Plan and conduct investigations to clarify these references Initiate and manage or advise on actions of threat management Monitor the development of threats and the effectiveness of countermeasures Capture and evaluate data in the context of the topics and compile reports and statistics Analyze the map, plan and perform awareness measures

Complete studies, at a legal faculty or in the police department and comprehensive professional experience in the processing of the topics of this body Experience in carrying out investigations of facts and the court-fixed documentation of investigation results Experience in cooperation with law enforcement authorities and criminal and civil courts Ideally knowledge of logistic structures and processes Experiences in project management and process design Safe appearance with reliable German and English language skills Intercultural Sensitivity and Team Skill, with joy in cross-area and brand collaboration Structured, targeted, proactive and independent mode of operation with direct and address-oriented communication readiness for service travel, readiness to call and further training
