Companies can book posters, posters and digital screens for their campaigns online, directly and without prior knowledge. Your tasks

You are the first sales representative for companies that want to book poster advertising. You advise interested parties and existing customers by phone, email and digitally to suitable advertising campaigns, locations, transit times and advertising formats. You qualify incoming requests and identify the appropriate advertising solutions for the individual requirements of our customers. You start offerings, follow them actively and accompany the entire sales process until successful completion. You develop existing customer relationships and use potentials from previous campaigns and existing customer contacts. You work closely with the areas of operations, purchasing and campaign management to ensure smooth implementation of the booked campaigns. You provide customer and sales data in the CRM system and keep your sales activities in mind. You bring your own ideas to optimize sales processes and customer approach.

You have experience in sales, customer service with sales focus or media and advertising advice. You are happy to communicate with people and understand to advise customers professionally and solution-oriented. You recognize customer needs, ask the right questions and develop matching offers. You work structured, independent and consistently pursue your tasks until you complete. You have the pleasure of building customer relationships and developing them sustainably. You are safe to use digital tools, CRM systems, and common MS Office applications. Ideally, you bring knowledge from the media, advertising, e-commerce, B2B sales or regional marketing sectors. Knowledge in the field of outdoor advertising is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Also motivated cross-comers with a pronounced service and sales orientation are welcome.
