Assistant (m/w/d)

For our customers, a manufacturer of household appliances, we are looking for assistance (m/w/d). Work is done in full time at 35 hours per week. You love it when everything goes smoothly because you hold the threads in your hand? And you really want to do what in a varied job? Then you are right with us! We are looking for a dedicated person who maintains the overview, cleverly coordinated and always a step ahead. Support the sales team with your organizational talent and your communication skills and shape the success together with the team!

• Do you support the operational sales management in our Germany-wide regions - you take on a variety of assistance and administrative tasks, e.g. giving specialist information, creating statistics, making charts & graphs - schedule dates and meetings and organize with left including travel planning and visit preparation - you write reports, start overviews and get targeted information - post-run, signature rounds and time recording? - You support the use of digital sales tools (e.g. C4C, SAC) - Even with budget and cost planning (BAB), you are on board - You plan training and take care of your work-up plans to get all in the team well

skills that we are looking for: Your profile - A completed commercial training (or comparable) - First experience in the assistance area is a real plus - You are fit in MS Office and design presentations that can be seen - You like to work structured, independent and accurate with an eye for detail - You can communicate clearly, stay under pressure relaxed and work in the team
