The Electron Optical Design Group is part of the development area for process control solutions (PCS) of the ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology division. We specialize in the development of customized electron-optical concepts and designs as well as basic adjustment concepts that meet even the most demanding requirements of the semiconductor industry. You guide the group for electron optics design and simulation within the development area for process control solutions in the semiconductor industry professionally and disciplinaryly

Together with your team, you develop innovative concepts and designs as well as basic adjustment concepts for the next generation of electron-optical single and multi-beam columns (Zeiss MultiSEM)

You design and responsible for the development of methods and tools for the design of complex electron-optical systems

You ensure compliance with defined development processes, including the corresponding documentation, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of these processes in the circuit

You promote an appreciation and collegial cooperation within your group, as well as with the Systems Engineering, Pre-development and other relevant areas

You lead, develop and judge your employees according to the ZEISS leadership principles and support their personal and professional development

You have several years of professional experience in the simulation and interpretation of electron or light-optical systems
