IT Project Manager Digitalization & Software Lifecycle (m/f/d)

From the specification to the tendering, awarding, quality assurance and order control to logistics and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmet. For this we create the role for you at the Cologne site as IT Project Manager Digitalization & Software Lifecycle (w/m/d) Customer Experience Center (CEC) | unlimited | Cologne The area With three colleagues, Angedockt is responsible for the digital development of central business processes at BwBM. The team is testing new technologies, identifying potentials and accompanies digital solutions from idea to anchoring in the organization. The Customer Experience Center (CEC) serves as an innovation and pilot environment.

In this role, you control central digitalization initiatives of BwBM – from the first idea to pilot projects to rollout. You work at the interface of departments, IT and external partners and ensure that solutions that work out of digitalization projects. Your tasks include: Development of a basic concept for digitalization and software Lifecycle Planning, control and rollout of pilot projects – from concept to transfer to operation Support and further development of the innovation and pilot environment in the Customer Experience Center (CEC) Coordination of external service providers and implementation partners Coordination with relevant stakeholders from departments, IT and management The role combines project management, conceptual work and organizational design in the context of digitalization and software lifecycle.

We are looking for a personality that moves safely between technology, organization and disciplines and has the pleasure of successfully implementing digitization projects. You don't have to be a technical specialist or not a technical specialist – your ability to structure projects, bring different stakeholders together and make changes active. Ideally you bring experience from one or more of the following areas: Project management or control of digitalization or transformation projects (e.g. industry, consulting, public environment) Introduction of new IT systems, platforms or digital solutions Requirements collection and process modelling – e.g. with BPMN 2.0, EPK or Swimlane Cooperation with IT service providers or implementation partners Moderation of workshops and control of change processes You actively drive forward changes, pick up stakeholders and get through – even if resistances arise. Change management is not a project building for you, but attitude. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing.
