In this role, you control central digitalization initiatives of BwBM – from the first idea to pilot projects to rollout. You work at the interface of departments, IT and external partners and ensure that solutions that work out of digitalization projects. Your tasks include: Development of a basic concept for digitalization and software Lifecycle Planning, control and rollout of pilot projects – from concept to transfer to operation Support and further development of the innovation and pilot environment in the Customer Experience Center (CEC) Coordination of external service providers and implementation partners Coordination with relevant stakeholders from departments, IT and management The role combines project management, conceptual work and organizational design in the context of digitalization and software lifecycle.
