As Deputy OP Coordination

• take over coordination and capacity distribution, as well as adaptation of relevant processes in day-to-day operation
• In consultation with the OP Manager, you are responsible for the planning and management of the services and act as a contact person for personal affairs
• manage and control the ordering
• work with the transformation of the further development and creation of performance and quality standards into the OP-Pflege Team
• work in the process organization (digitalization) and standardization of material management, as well as in compliance with hygiene and cleaning (taking into account the applicable hygiene plan)
• take over the preparation and monitoring as well as the follow-up measures in the course of operations
• bring the willingness to participate in the call and standby service

You have a successfully completed training on surgical assistance (w/m/d) or specialist health and nursing (w/m/d) with well-founded experience in the operating environment or ordering a completed development as a practical instruction with are a leading person with a high level of commitment, enforcement and loyalty have a communicative appearance, characterized by contact strength, determination and conflict resistance
