Service technician for repair and recalibration in the office (m/f/d)

In your role as R&R Service Technicians (w/m/d) in the field of beam diagnosis and laser measurement technology, you are responsible for the repair and calibration of our measuring systems. You mostly work in the laboratory according to ISO 17025 standards, document your activities in SAP and coordinate with international teams. With your technical expertise and your hands-on mentality, you contribute to the quality assurance and further development of our processes. As R&R Service Technicians (w/m/d), you are part of a closely linked and motivated team and are driving the success of MKS|Ophir continuously. This position reports to the Technical Support Supervisor.

Your responsibility Recalibrating and repairing beam diagnostic, laser power and energy measurement products

Acceptance of repair cases and clarification of technical details with order processing and our internal customers

Creation and maintenance of work reports in SAP

Reporting to the R&R team leader

Work in the R&R laboratory according to ISO 17025 standards

You have good Excel and Word knowledge, a quick understanding, a good assessment of technical issues and a high service orientation

Good knowledge of German and English

Team skills, commitment, motivation and commitment complete your profile

Experience in the fields of electronics and optics and/or laser technology is advantageous
