Project Manager Enterprise Europe Network (m/f/d)

Support in the development of cross-border cooperation, including through the Europe-wide, database-based exchange of cooperation profiles and the organisation and implementation of B2B cooperation exchanges. Analysis and structuring of project ideas and matching of planned projects with suitable funding instruments and opportunities for market development. Advising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and scientific institutions on European funding programmes, in particular EU research and innovation programmes such as horizon Europe. Planning, implementation and moderation of information events and workshops on topics such as EU funding, innovation, sustainability, resilience, digitization and international cooperation. Close cooperation with internal teams, regional innovation and internationalisation actors and European and non-European partners. Documentation and reporting of the project activities in CRM systems intended for this purpose.

You have a completed academic degree (Master or Diploma), ideally related to internationalization/Europe, economy, administration or related fields. You have experience in dealing with European funding programmes. It is also advantageous to have experiences in consulting companies or other institutions and in the international working environment. Ideally, you already have knowledge of EU programmes such as Horizont Europa, Eurostars, European Innovation Council, Interreg, Digital Europe, Creative Europe or ZIM International. You have a strong conceptual thinking, joy in developing and implementing new ideas and a structured and efficient way of working. You bring a secure project management, communication strength and a high degree of network competence into your task. You have well-founded knowledge of common software such as MS Office and digital collaboration platforms. Team spirit, ability to integrate, willingness to use, flexibility and organisational skills are of course for you. German on C2 level and very good English language skills in word and writing are required. A further foreign language would be desirable.
