For our Kita Archenholzstraße with a total of up to 59 support places, we are looking for a qualified Kita guide (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time with at least 35 hours a week, which combines clear leadership with specialist skills and wants to shape the future of early childhood education together with us.

technical and organizational management of the two kitas, including budgetary responsibility and management of operational processes Leadership and development of teams with a value-adding and yet clear leadership culture Further development of pedagogical concepts with a view to modern educational approaches and the individual needs of children Ensuring high educational quality in quality management (PQ-SYS®) Cooperation with the adjacent full-time school and close cooperation with authorities, departments and parents Responsibility for personnel acquisition and development to build and promote a strong and motivated team

a completed pedagogical study (social pedagogy, educational science, early/elementary education) or a completed training for the educator (m/w/d) Experience in the management of a kita or comparable educational institution Leadership with a keen decision – you set clear priorities and control processes confidently Organisational skill and economic action – you understand Kita management as a strategic and economic task Communication power and sovereign appearance – you lead with persuasiveness, interact with parents and authorities at eye level and position the kitas professionally outward Enthusiasm for modern educational concepts and innovations in early childhood education
