We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of sales:

Guided tour and further development: You lead the department’s sales portfolio management and data intelligence, shape their strategic orientation and actively promote the further developments on the market.

Interface management: You act as a central representative for sales, sales management, trade, internal bodies and customers

Sales strategy & control: You develop sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and are responsible for ordering all sales volumes.

Data-based sales control: You establish data-driven decision-making processes and tools and are responsible for risk and quality management in business customer sales.

Systems & analysis: You continue to expand the B2C portfolio management, develop B2B portfolio management, further optimize existing systems and use data analyses to identify market trends and risks.

Completed university studies (ideally in economics) or comparable training

Comprehensive professional experience in portfolio management, complemented by experience in the development of teams as well as in the responsible and value-adding leadership of employees in times of change

Solution and outcome-oriented working, characterized by strategic and analytical skills, complemented by very good communication skills

Experience in cooperation with stakeholders and bodies

German language and writing, good English skills
