You are responsible in the team with accountants and technicians for the full support of housing owners communities in the Munich area You moderate housing owner meetings and are responsible for the implementation of the owner decisions You are the first contact person for administrative councils, housing owners and other contractual partners You show your organizational talent in maintenance management, craftsman coordination and order allocation. Engaged and motivated to initiate process optimizations and get involved in special projects

You have a successfully completed commercial training as a real estate businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or training/studies in the real estate sector (or comparable qualification) Handling people and working in the team will give you pleasure A high self-initiative, structured and responsible way of working as well as organizational skills and professional communication draw you You have a secure handling of the common Microsoft Office programs; Knowledge of house bank VS3 are advantageous You have a class B driving licence
