We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. From 15.09.2026 we are looking for a social-pedagogical team lead (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time with 32-39 hours/week with youth assistance experience for our day group Rückwind in Berlin-Schöneberg. The project „Backwind“ connects part-stationary day group places according to § 32 SGB VIII with special educational small classes at the Prignitz School in Berlin-Schöneberg. Two small groups, each with six seats, offer children and young people with a mental illness the opportunity to get back to school day. Teaching takes place in small groups and goes individually to the needs of the students. In addition, our educational staff conveys specific social and school-based skills that are important for the management of school attendance. Your duties As a social pedagogical team management (m/w/d) you ensure a professionally sound social education support and support for children and families. You are responsible for the design and implementation of the pedagogical work on the basis of the help plan objectives, the valid and binding concept for the establishment, the requirements of the quality management system and the standards valid in the region. You take over administrative management tasks of the daily group, coordinate the enquiries and responsible for the group's staff management. You represent the day group to the outside and in contact with network partners. You provide regular individual and group support with day group children.
