Contact person for employees and managers: You are the friendly and competent first contact point for all personal concerns Support of the HR Business Partner: You take all administrative activities along the employee lifecycle – always taking into account legal and operational requirements Responsibility in recruiting: From the receipt of the personnel requirement requirement, applicant management to the onboarding of new talents – you accompany the entire recruiting process Educational support: You support the coordination of professional and commercial training and are available to our trainees as a contact person during their training period. A practical study in the field of human resources or a completed commercial training with additional qualification as a specialist (IHK) or comparable professional experience A structured and independent way of working and enjoying a varied activity Basic knowledge of labour law and labour tax and social security law are advantageous High customer orientation and openness and readiness to learn Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to efficiently manage daily tasks
