Ensuring operational safety and responsibility for BImA as an operator Creation, optimization and updating of operator and management concepts Review of the cost-effectiveness of the plants and implementation of measures to save energy Planning and order management of maintenance processes and audit services according to legal and normative requirements Strategy development for maintenance of existing building automation and fault reporting management Advising users on technical building management issues Commissioning and dismantling of technical installations and equipment Management analysis in technical building management incl. Deduction of management optimization measures Coordination and control of own and external operational personnel Operational TGM Management of operational monitoring Management and operation of properties Contract management (remote companies and/or TGM service companies) Creation of performance directories and performance descriptions and implementation of procurement procedures Contact person for users in fault messages Activity as a secondary responsible electrical power technical optimization and control of the maintenance of fault current protection devices; Emergency lighting and medium-voltage switchgear Monitoring of lighting systems and photovoltaic systems Optimization of the Energy Data Management System Development of counting and measuring concepts with visualization

Qualification: Completed technical university degree (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification in the above-mentioned field Competences: Knowledge and experience in the operation of technical installations Knowledge of the relevant DIN and VDE standards and legal regulations Professional experience in building automation (GA)/building control technology (GLT) desirable Good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Basic business knowledge desirable Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to carry out partially multi-day service trips and to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
