At these moments, the creativity and the heart of a project manager will be shown in order to reconcile craftsmen, architects, builders, suppliers and authorities and to see how an interior concept for more quality of life is implemented with each individual decision.

At the end of a project, when the last cut is done and light falls through new windows for the first time, it is not just a job that is completed. It is a quiet, deeply perceived proud “I have created something” paired with anticipation – on the next great adventure of wood, stone and light. You enter and guide customers: Building contractor: within the entire project period You create cost estimates and offers, buy material and commercial goods, first set schedules, make orders based on external planning and issue administrative requirements You first order confirmations, tenders for subcontractors, conduct price negotiations, first work contracts and coordinate the individual trades You carry out construction audits, monitor the construction sites and the progress of the building, carry out quality checks, and take acceptances with builders: inside and outside authorities

You are a master craftsman:in, technician:in or have a successfully completed degree as an architect:in, interior designer:in or civil engineer:in You have several years of experience as a master:in or in the field of interior construction or shop building, also first management experience You work systematically, are an organizational talent, have good analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and a high customer and service orientation You are ready to travel and have a class B driving licence You have knowledge of German in word and writing
