Multiannual experience as IT consultant, developer or comparable like with first experiences as Solution Architect Very good understanding/experience of different systems, data models in real-state context Existing knowledge of our existing systems SAP and/or Dynamics 365 and/or high readiness to learn accordingly Good process understanding in contract, property and facility management Know-how in cloud technologies, integration architectures (APIs, data platforms) and modern software engineering principles Analytical, structured working and communication and team skills Flowing German and English skills
