What you do with us: You take the telephone customer support and the complaint requests for forwarding to the competent department. You are responsible for the examination, booking and search of market complaints in the relevant systems. You take internal correspondence to the logistics areas as well as communication with the markets. You take care of the processing and booking of returns documents of the markets.
