Your tasks: Relationship Building & Customer Care: You combine long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers in your regional sales area Market development: You implement sales targets independently and develop new strategies for market development Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing, which convinces customers Market analysis: You identify market trends, analyze competition and develop proactive action recommendations

What we expect: Professional experience in safety technology is a must Experience in the distribution of products, in particular in the field of fire detection technology (BMA) Complete training in commercial or technical fields or corresponding work experience Technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative security solutions Regional readiness to travel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High level of self-motivation, result orientation and good time management Impressed communication and negotiation skills and a targeted way of working You live our values: honesty, attention and helpfulness
