Real estate sales clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the conscientious preparation, execution and completion of sales operations of the properties previously used by the Western group of troops (WGT) and of land reform properties You take over the sale of a portfolio of approximately 20, partly very complex WGT properties You check the sales requirements and possibilities and work closely with the interfaces of our company You conduct the sales negotiations independently and responsibly until the purchase agreement has been cancelled

You have a degree in the real estate sector, a training successfully completed as a real estate specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with a well-founded professional experience (preferably in full time) You have already gained professional experience in the field of marketing real estate You are ideally familiar with transport value determinations and can safely apply civil law as well as basic book law You have a high level of commitment, are team-ready and bring a hand-on mentality with You convince with your communicative and analytical skills You have a class B license and your German knowledge is very good in word and writing
