As Assistant Sales / Project (m/w/d), you are responsible for the support of visitors/candidates (m/w/d), suppliers and service providers (m/w/d). Your further tasks: Calendar care and appointment management Coordination and booking of meeting rooms as well as organizing catering for external appointments and meetings Output and management of company vehicles and pool vehicles Office material and post-processing General administrative and organizational support of the site including the processing of the central mailbox Travel planning and booking and billing Organisation of the room equipment for meetings, in particular for management and external appointments as well as for site visits Processing of applications for image recording Hotel bookings for employees Order of work clothes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in reception, office management, assistance or customer service Safe handling of MS Office and common communication systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Friendly, professional and service-oriented appearance Organizational and structured working High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility Communication strength and team capacity
