In our dedicated team you play a central role in the further development of our private customer portfolio. Your ideas shape our products and you work on modern and forward-looking insurance solutions for our customers and sales partners. Your main focus will be on our private accident insurance products. You take a central role in the product development process and represent the interests of product development in interdepartmental working groups and exchange formats. As a product manager, you act as a central project manager in the product management process. You take responsibility: In our product development projects you act as organizational project management. You control the product development process in accordance with the legal framework and provide a smooth process through prioritization and coordination until product publication. You are a central pillar: You are driving product development in close coordination with the Aktuariat, the area of damage, product marketing, legal departments and technical contact points. You support the development of understandable, transparent and success-oriented communication within the framework of product marketing.

Education: You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments with a well-founded professional experience in the insurance field or a successfully completed study of economics (ideally with a focus on insurance). Experience: You bring experience in product development or from an operating area with the focus on private customers and project management, also with agile approaches. In addition, you have a basic understanding of the functioning and the sales and process requirements of (unfall) insurance products in the private customer segment. Experience with the sales service is desirable. Knowledge: You know the relevant planning, decision-making and presentation techniques and have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel. Complex issues can be presented in a precise and comprehensible way by communicating with the address. Personality: You like to work in the team, act independently and committed.
