Your role: The bridge between shopfloor and number world To make it happen immediately: We are not looking for the famous “preventing wool milk sow”. No one brings everything perfectly from day one. It is much more important to us that in one of our core areas – be it Supply Chain Management, Lean Management or Operational Controlling – you have already gained deep experience and bring the necessary process and commercial understanding to the adjacent topics. In this role, you act as a business partner for our departments. You combine operational know-how with vision and help us efficiently control our entire value chain – from purchasing to production to logistics – in the demanding food environment. What is still missing from specific expertise in one or the other area, we work together!

Understanding and Structure Processes: You take up our processes along the value creation (purchasing, production and logistics), document them and keeps in mind interfaces as well as scales. Pay-to-process thinking: You accompany our lean and continuous improvisation initiatives. You help to uncover optimization potentials in the plant and make them tangible in loadable numbers. Performance Measurement & SCM: You identify meaningful measurement points (e.g. setup processes, product inputs) and build meaningful indicators (such as OEE or material consumption) together with the specialist areas. At the same time, you have a look at stocks and logistics costs. Data acquisition & costing: You bring together cost and quantity data from our systems (ERP/BI), plausibilisize them and help to derive process-oriented cost sets and transparent computing logics. Analysis & Recommendations for Action: Identification of Cost Drivers and Efficiency Potentials in the Work as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action for production, logistics and purchasing as well as adjacent areas

Your basis: You have already gained well-founded professional experience in at least one of these areas: supply chain management, lean management/production or operational production control. The right mindset: You don't have to be a pure financial expert and lean professional in one person. It is important that you understand the interplay of processes (purchasing, production, SCM) and that the language of the operations speaks just as much as that of the numbers. System know-how: You are translating with Excel and bringing a general IT affinity for ERP systems (e.g. SAP or comparable) as well as ideally for modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI). Personality: A structured, analytical way of working, a high initiative and a positive, solution-oriented way of thinking. You are resilient, reliable and communicate safely with internal and external contacts. Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-have): Experience in the food or FMCG environment is a plus, but no need. Even smart heads from other manufacturing industries (e.g. automotive, mechanical engineering, chemistry) fit perfectly with us when You enjoy working in our processes.
