Technical Groundwater Protection Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the assessment of construction measures involving groundwater (construction water conservation, groundwater redirection) Its responsibility is to assess well-structures, including emergency water extraction facilities (reconstruction, development, repair) You assess geothermal probes as well as boreholes that open the groundwater Assessment of the sampling and qualitative treatment of groundwater is also one of your tasks A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor/Diplom) of the field of civil engineering with a focus on water management, geotechnical engineering or in another groundwater and/or engineering course (e.g. environmental technology, hydro science), geotechnical engineering or Geology or geosciences with a focus on engineering (for foreign degrees, the provision of state recognition in Germany is required) Good knowledge of basic construction and ground mechanics, well construction and geothermal energy as well as in storage and handling of substances which are hazardous to water Ideally professional experience in civil engineering or geotechnical engineering and basic knowledge in regional geology, in the field of water and pollutant chemistry German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing Good knowledge and safe handling of MS Office applications
