Your task:

• Installation and operation of CNC machines and plants with the focus on cutting grinding
• Implementation of workpiece intake, input control and storage of processed workpieces
• Implementation of simple adjustments, monitoring of the processing process and ensuring production quality
• Verification and documentation of manufactured parts and products according to the specified standards and tolerances
• documentation of production quantities, times and possible disturbances in the production protocol
• Implementation of cleaning and maintenance work on the machines

Your profile:

• technical knowledge in accordance with a completed vocational training as a fine optics, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, machining mechanic, precision mechanic or comparable training
• Found experience in the operation and installation of CNC-controlled machines, ideally in the case of separation grinding machines
• Knowledge regarding the processing of optical materials as well as experience with optical measurement methods are desirable.
• High responsiveness, high reliability, team capability, communication capability
• Self-employed, structured, conscientious and cleanliness
• Good knowledge of German (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of English for the safe operation of the software
