Description of tasks: At the OBS Bad Bederkesa,Mühlenweg 25, 27624 Geestland, at the earliest possible time there is a job for one/n pedagogical/n employee (m/w/d) for educational activities and non-teaching offers with a regular weekly working time of 25.956 hours, plus a holiday period (total) 3019 In principle, this job is part-time. Tasks:**

• Acquisition of sub-tasks during teaching under the responsibility of the teacher, participation in the field of practice, individual and group-teaching measures according to teaching staff
• Supervision, support and support of SuS in digital learning and training times or Self-learning phases (e.g. examination and feedback of work progress in learning platforms of teachers, memory of the SuS of tasks and deadlines, attendance documentation)
• Participation in the coordination of learning times and (digital) tasks for learning groups or individual SuS
• Care of the pupils before and after classes
• Participation in the development and development of pedagogical concepts
• Participation in parent work
• Participation in conferences, meetings and team meetings

Description of requirements:Requirement profile: Ideally, you have completed training as a state-recognized educator or equivalent training, but at least a pedagogical basic attitude that evaluates diversity. We require joy in working with students, reliability and team skills. The workplace is assigned to the S 8a TV-L paygroup. However, if you do not have training as a state-recognized educator/educator, you do not meet the personal requirements of this grouping and are therefore grouped into S 4 TV-L. The grouping therefore depends on your personal and professional requirements. The Land of Lower Saxony seeks to reduce sub-representation in all areas and positions.
