As a specialist field manager*in, you report directly to the Purchasing & Supply Chain Management department, a team of 6 to 10 employees and significantly shape the strategic development of the purchase. You take over the personal and professional management of the Department of Purchasing Principles & Sustainability and continuously develop your team and its competencies You are responsible for the strategic development of the purchasing governance and control cross-sector topics as well as central initiatives within the Purchasing & Supply Chain Management area You actively shape the further development of supplier and risk management, develop standards for sustainable procurement and ensure compliance with procurement principles You are responsible for the number-based management of purchasing and supply chain management, developing KPI systems and accompanying the introduction of digital solutions and AI-based applications In addition, you ensure that shopping processes are continuously optimized, sustainability requirements are implemented and resilient and future-oriented supply chains are built up.
