Acquisition of Entrepreneurial Obligations with regard to Electrical Security for the Berlin Site, including R&D Measurement Rooms and Laboratories, Building Technology and Production Plants

Construction and implementation of an electrical organization to meet all applicable regulations, standards and corporate requirements, such as DIN VDE 0100, DGUV Regulation 3 and BetrSichV

Development and implementation of training programmes for the training and further training of employees in the field of electrical engineering as well as planning and support of instruction

Professional leadership of the people active in electrical engineering and contact persons for employees at the site for electrical safety

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in the field of electrical engineering

Cooperation with the technical departments (e.g. Process Engineering, Production Maintenance, Facility Management, Research and Development) to ensure smooth integration of the electrical organization into the existing processes

Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to verify electrical installations and systems

Advising and supporting the location management and specialist departments in all electrotechnical issues

Determination of test intervals according to DGUV V3 as well as exercise of control over service providers carrying out electrotechnical work

Cooperation with the ZEISS Group Germany's electrical safety coordinator and the responsible electrical experts in the ZEISS Group Germany.

The function as a responsible electrical power (VEFK) will take only part of the working time; the remaining working time takes place in a professionally appropriate role within the department Production Maintenance or Facility Management (e.g. technical maintenance, maintenance of plants and building technology, process optimization).

Completed training (master / technician) or studies in the field of electrical engineering or a related field

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally experience as a responsible electric specialist according to ''DIN VDE 1000-10'' in a production plant

Knowledge of statutory regulations and standards in the field of electrical engineering and safety, as well as requirements of professional associations

Experience in the construction and management of an electrical organization

Ability to understand complex technical issues

High problem-solving competence and independent work

Knowledge of English is advantageous
