Procurement management and ordering: As support for your team, you are responsible for the implementation and documentation of all procurement processes in the field of construction and services in close cooperation with our strategic buyers: Supplier management: You are the input channel for building our service provider:internal network. You are reviewing the documents concerning the admission of new service providers:inside, are in exchange with our partner companies for the duration of the business relationship and support our purchasing team as well as management in all matters concerning supplier management Quality control, master data management & contract management: You ensure that the procurement processes comply with the requirements and processes of the Group and verify compliance with our internal guidelines. You maintain the master and contract data of our service providers:inside and keep an overview of contracts, deadlines and SAP master data Project support: You support our buyers: in the preparation and reprocessing of procurement processes. You accompany the entire procurement process from the acquisition of the service providers: inside, through the collection of offers to the evaluation and production of price levels and contracts

You have completed a commercial training, ideally focusing on purchasing, procurement or wholesale and foreign trade Alternatively, you have completed training in the construction industry in connection with commercial knowledge You could gain first professional experience in purchasing or sales You are characterized by communication strength, as well as structured and independent working methods Good MS Office knowledge and SAP ERP experience are advantageous Kund:internal behavior and team skills complete your profile
