Addressing and consulting students on our courses via telephone, e-mail, video conferencing and personal talks on the campus First Level Contact for interested parties via e-mail or phone Ensuring a high conversion rate from initial contact to conclusion of the contract Presentation of EBS at online events, trade fairs and recruiting events in Germany and abroad Working in the CRM system in close coordination with CRM managers and marketing
