Order Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks include the cross-site planning, control and execution of customer orders to ensure optimal responsiveness for future and capacitive changes. You are responsible for the creation of the cross-company production and coarse planning, taking into account manufacturing and business requirements. In addition, check the feasibility of orders, control the loading in ERP and APS systems, and monitor capacity as well as resource availability. Furthermore, you coordinate and optimize the termination of vehicle structures, assemblies and components as well as the operational production control including work stocks and capacity adjustments. In addition, you take over the control and optimization of stocks, develop advisory concepts and monitor MRP parameters. In addition, you identify risks, support improvement processes and agree closely with internal interfaces such as manufacturing, work preparation, purchasing and logistics.

You have completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional commercial knowledge. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in order and manufacturing planning as well as a well-founded knowledge in manufacturing control. You have expertise in partial and total systems as well as experience in the optimization of processes. Very good ERP skills (e.g. SAP), APS knowledge as well as a safe handling of MS Office are yours. Analytical thinking, organizational skills and pronounced coordination skills are among your strengths. Your profile is rounded off by team skills, communication strength and relevant additional qualifications, for example in REFA, SAP or process management.
