IT Security Specialist (m/f/d)

Headed by Dominik Kemper (Global Vice President Cloud Operations & Corporate IT), you work closely with Christian Vollbrecht (Team Lead Internal IT) and the entire Corporate IT & Security Team to ensure a secure and modern company IT across the site. We work independently, transparently and solution-oriented – with short decision paths and exchange at eye level. Common responsibility, open knowledge and respectful cooperation shape our cooperation and help us develop a stable and scalable IT infrastructure.

As an IT Security Specialist (m/w/d), you will ensure that our IT landscape remains secure, stable and sustainable. With your background in the IT or security field and your experience in IT security and system and network administration, you keep our infrastructure in mind, recognize security risks early and use modern tools such as Microsoft Defender to continuously analyze, monitor and develop our systems. You are structuring and analytically following: You evaluate Security Incidents, conduct appropriate countermeasures and implement them in a targeted manner – supported by your knowledge in Incident Response as well as Windows/Linux, Entra ID, M365 Security, Firewalls and Networks. The further development of our endpoint security landscape is also in good hands with you. You work on key security-relevant areas such as Identity & Access Management (MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust), Global Secure Access, Microsoft Defender for Cloud/Container, and Firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN. Ideally, you can also experience Cloud Security, Scripting or DevOps/DevSecOps – or you want to grow up in these areas. To ensure that we not only meet security standards such as ISO 27001, but to anchor them sustainably, you accompany audits, document relevant security measures and create transparency about our security processes. You use your understanding of common security standards and your communication strength to position yourself internally as a trusting contact person for all questions about IT Security. With the design and execution of trainings, you increase the security awareness in the company.
