At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of IT infrastructures with a clear and detectable focus on M365. Funded expertise in managing and linking the core services of M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. Solid practical experience in the classic system administration of modern Windows server architectures and hybrid environments (Active Directory). Experience in monitoring, logging and incident-trouble shooting of systems. Good knowledge in the field of automation, especially in the routined handling of PowerShell (e.g. for massive administration in Exchange Online, Intune or Entra ID). A great interest in dealing with new functions in the M365 environment and making them usable in the company. Agile's mindset, solution-oriented thinking, joy in work in the team, hands-on mentality and fluent knowledge of German and English.

You actively shape and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (especially teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive) and drive the use of modern collaboration tools in the company. In the Exchange Online section, you take care of the full mail routing, the administration of mailboxes (e.g. shared and resources) and distribution groups. Together with the team, you manage user management and identities in Microsoft Entra ID, including third-party applications (Enterprise Apps/SSO) and guest access management. Mobile Device and Application Management (MDM/MAM) via Microsoft Intune and the company-wide app distribution are part of your everyday life. You keep the license and lifecycle management in mind within the M365-tenant and advertise usage data to continuously improve our platform. The support of our Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) as well as the hybrid Windows domain infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP) is mastered by your team. You actively support 2nd and 3rd level support and solve complex IT challenges, primarily in the M365 and infrastructure environment. You’ll start and provide documentation and perform training (e.g. on new M365 features and best practices for collaboration) for internal stakeholders. .
