Operational control and strategic development of national and international SEA activities for our DEICHMANN Online Shops holistic planning, execution and scaling of performance-oriented SEA campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.) Development of cross-channel SEA strategies incl. Forecasting, planning and analysis, as well as deriving measures to achieve objectives Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as analytics, CRM and technology partners Responsibility for feed management and strategic further development of product data quality in cooperation with relevant specialist areas Market and competition monitoring as well as the identification and integration of new trends, tools and innovations in the SEA environment Creation and presentation of management reports including strategic recommendations Control of Retargeting Campaigns with Partners Like Criteo

Your profile - this is what you bring: Complete degree in business, marketing, digital business or comparable 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of search engine advertising - preferably in the ecommerce or retail environment Affinity for digital trends and technological developments in performance marketing Funded know-how in handling Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, as well as Bid management and feed management tools Very good knowledge of web analytics (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) as well as in the KPI-based control of digital campaigns Strong analytical skills combined with a high degree of self-initiative and strategic thinking Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are very good
