• You take over the technical and personnel management of Group 8V-3 and ensure compliance with business requirements and goals.
• They coordinate and optimize personnel planning and are responsible for the group's personnel development concept.
• They ensure the safe operation and maintenance of gas and water supply systems and electrical infrastructure.
• They plan, write out and monitor new buildings, maintenance work and inspections in the field of medium and low-voltage switching systems as well as telecommunication and security technology.
• They run cross-group and cross-departmental projects and ensure qualified cost, quality and risk management.

• You have completed engineering studies in electrical engineering, supply engineering or a comparable field of expertise.
• You have relevant professional experience in a management position within a supply company, ideally in the grid for gas and water.
• You have deep knowledge of electrical engineering and plant engineering as well as the relevant statutory provisions.
• They are experienced in handling MS Office, SAP and network-specific information systems.
• They are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, decision-making strength and willingness to participate in the readiness to call and cooperation in the crisis unit.
