Team Leader Structural Engineering [] (m/f/d)

As a team leader in the Department of Structural Engineering, guide and coordinate a team of 5 to 10 people, conduct employee talks and promote the further development of the team through the use of new technologies and professional standards. In the function as a team management, your team assists you in finding solutions and ensures quality assurance. You take care of the structural planning (LPH 1–6) of various future-oriented construction projects in high and engineering construction: from the industrial complex to the administrative building, from the educational facility to the sports facility, from water supply to the wastewater disposal facility;

You develop sophisticated structural solutions for the most diverse types of buildings, create static calculations in solid, steel and wood construction

You will also work in the integral project team with content design options and economic project responsibility.

As a contact person:in order to builders as well as internal and external stakeholders, you are responsible for precise, binding and result-oriented communication.

In addition to a completed study of civil engineering (preferably in the field of constructive engineering), you have at best relevant experience in the design of innovative structural solutions as well as in creating static calculations in reinforced concrete, wood, and steel construction. You have experience in managing and managing teams as well as a strong communication and organizational capability. You control the safe handling of design software (ideally SCIA Engineer, FRILO, pcae) as well as the popular presentation and office apps. Practical experience in BIM methodology and interest in the application of agile and digital working methods are also desirable. You are team-oriented, stand up to builders and project participants and have a solution-oriented way of thinking.
