Insights: You will gain insights into applicant management in the day-to-day operating business. You will get to know the different processes, from contacting applicants, leading telephone interviews to contract preparation. In addition, you can support interns as well as work students. In addition, you take care of our student integration program and help our team with current projects. Events: In our university marketing activities you are not only involved in the organization, but also actively participate in the performance of the events. For example, you have the opportunity to accompany colleagues during trade fairs or university visits. Collaboration: You support employees in the team and work closely with the other departments.

Studies:You study economics, human sciences or a comparable discipline. Motivation:You show commitment and enthusiasm for HR tasks and challenges. Your strengths: team skills, contact strength, service orientation, and a hand-on mentality are what distinguishes you. You also own organizational talent and work carefully and independently. The internships must be occupied for at least 3 months and can also be awarded after consultation with a degree work. After the internship, a work student activity may be possible.

Practical experience:We offer flexible working hours and valuable insights into the practice of a global trading company. Within the internship a day of home office is possible after the vote. On top you have two days vacation per month. Responsibility:While your work is done, you work with a variety of tasks and work under a high level of responsibility.
