Controller Operations (m/f/d)

Your career at OMS At OMS, you take a key role in the operational control of a growing group of companies in the field of technical security checks.

You are a business partner of the operating units and connect classic controlling with active control. Your focus is on deriving concrete measures to improve performance from figures and maintaining their implementation.

You work closely with the management (COO), operating management and controlling and act as a central interface between operations, finance and controlling. Your tasks as Controller Operations Analysis of key operational indicators (e.g. productivity, utilisation) as well as care and development of relevant KPI systems and reporting structures Implementation of nominal actual and deviation analyses incl. Creating meaningful reports for management Deduction of specific measures to improve performance and follow-up of implementation in the branches Identification of risks and opportunities in operational units and close cooperation with branch offices and departments Participation in budget planning, forecasting and medium-term planning in interaction with the controlling team Further development and support of controlling systems (e.g. BI tools) to support the operating units as well as independent implementation of projects including Automation and Digitalization of Controlling and Reporting Processes

Complete study of business management with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling (approximately 3–5 years), ideally with operational or project related reference Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and monthly/yearly financial statements Secure handling of Excel and common BI tools Embossed analytical skills and understanding of operational relationships Independent, structured operation and communication strength in exchange with operational units German language skills (other language)
