Support and representation of the assembly line in daily business Planning, coordination and control of assembly teams and assembly partners Disposition and prioritization of the mounting inserts taking into account capacities and dates Professional leadership and support of assembly teams Coordination with customers, technicians and internal specialist departments Monitoring of assembly projects in terms of dates, quality and costs Processing and coordination of feedback and complaints Participation in the optimization and further development of the assembly processes

Complete technical or craft training, ideally with training to master or technician, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in assembly, interior construction or control of assembly projects First experience in coordination or leadership of teams of advantage Technical understanding and safe handling of assembly plans Organizational talent and an independent and solution-oriented approach Communication strength and a sovereign handling of customers and assembly partners Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
