Bar Supervisor (m/f/d)

With passion, creativity and commitment, you are co-responsible for the personal care and advice of the guests and, with know-how, charm and expertise, ensure a smooth service process mainly in late service. You are involved in the development of the Bar.Budersand features, You live and love the hands-on mentality and are a real team player with your friendly and positive being. You contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our guests in compliance with the highest quality and service standards and ensure a smooth operation. We demand and promote your love for the profession and your qualifications, internal ascent possibilities are developed and pursued according to our Budersand philosophy. In this position, you act as a model for our young talents and support the introduction of new employees.

You have successfully completed your vocational training in the upscale gastronomy / hotel industry, have first professional experience and have a correspondingly fanned basic knowledge in the bar area. A high resilience, flexibility and a strong sense of quality and responsibility are yours. A well-maintained appearance completes its profile. Flowing German knowledge and knowledge of English are desirable.
