Takeover of the leading legal advice in DSGV's strategic projects for the benefit of savings banks and Landesbanks, from their design to their implementation Advising the future projects, such as the digital euro, on sustainability issues in lending and customer satisfaction disputes with the legal areas of contract law, banking and civil law and antitrust law, and in this context evaluation also unknown questions. It expects a wide range of legal questions from the departments of digitization, business organization, payment, distribution and operation. Keep up to date with regard to legislation and jurisdiction and support various departments of the DSGV Analysis of regulatory requirements and showing practical solution options and recommendations Conduct and support contract and agreement negotiations Head of Working Groups and Exchanges of Experience with Key Topics Information of the association management and information and consultation of the members and representation of the DSGV in bodies (e.g. the German Credit Management) Presentations and publications in bodies, events, specialist publications and lectures

University degree in Law At least three years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, consultancy, audit firm, as a syndicate in a banking association or service provider of the Sparkassen financial group Very good topical legal knowledge Pragmatic approach experience with legal tasks in decentralized organisational structures, Experience in project management Very good analytical skills and clear verdictability and secure decision-making Safe English in Word and Writing Good oral and written expressability as well as safe argumentation, presentation capability
