Senior Expert Change & Communication Technical Service - Bochum (m/f/d)

As a change manager:in you take a central role in the further development of the technical service. You control change projects from idea to implementation and advise the project management on the change side, working closely with operational units, as well as other areas of expertise. You take the methodological support of the organization as part of major change projects and tailor-made change formats for teams These include, in particular, the development of solutions for problems, current challenges and conflicts You accompany the sustainable introduction, securing and further development of working methods and tools Develop and implement change and communication concepts together with your team You identify improvements in culture and efficiency and accompany their implementation You are responsible for the systemic observation of market trends on cultural change and working methods. In doing so, you bring new impulses to learn from each other and to recognize opportunities You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure transparent management communication You prepare decision-making templates and presentations for top management and take a direct look at the company's strategic orientation

You have a degree with a focus on change/lean management and multi-year relevant professional experience In addition, you bring experience in the context of change and leaning programs You are constantly questioning existing processes and procedures to achieve improvements or to expose disorders You are interested in technical, organizational and structural issues A structured, analytical way of working with high self-responsibility and the need to really improve things characterize you You have a strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high communication skills and a secure and convincing appearance at management level You are ready to travel regularly to our locations throughout Germany and so to be with our colleagues on site
