Theory in the vocational school: You will complete your theoretical teaching at the vocational school, in addition to your assignments in the company.

Practice in our core areas: You run through the commercial departments of our company – from purchasing to finance and sales and marketing to the personnel sector.

Active participation in the daily business: You take on your own tasks from the first day and work as a full-fledged team member in your respective department.

Own tasks: You process commercial tasks independently and introduce your ideas into the departments.

Seminars and trainings: In addition to training, you will participate in seminars and trainings that will provide you with professional and personal experience.

Your degree: After two and a half years you complete your training with the IHK exam. That's what you bring: General or subject-bound university maturity Good services in mathematics, German and English as well as in possibly offered business subjects Very good linguistic expressability Interest in economic relations Motivation, commitment and initiative Team, communication and problem solving capability Self-employed

Engaged trainer team: Festive contact persons accompany you over the entire two and a half years and support you in business and vocational school.

Remuneration by collective agreement: You will be remunerated according to the IG Metall collective agreement.

Gym and canteen: You can use our internal gym with physiotherapists, and we grant your lunch in the canteen.
