Team Lead - ASP.NET C# und Kotlin Development - Delivery Vehicle & Quality (m/f/d)

You are technically and disciplinaryly responsible for the management, coordination and organisation of a software development team You are also responsible for the efficient use of resources and for the management of development initiatives in compliance with demanding budget, time and targets You actively develop our Android Kotlin apps and ASP.NET web services with The Roadmap will help you tune with your Product Owner and communicate current development figures to the relevant stakeholders You also take over the technical leadership and actively support your team in implementing new, innovative products and processes as well as their further development

You are a team-oriented management personality that lives and integrates our corporate culture into the operating daily business In this role you have collected at least 3 years of relevant professional and leadership experience You have already gained deep professional knowledge as a full stack developer and know yourself in the domains .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core or native Android development (preferably with Kotlin) You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) computer science or a comparable discipline You feel comfortable in the agile SCRUM environment You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing
