Self-responsibility of an assigned fleet Ordering customer vehicles directly from the dealer Operating contact and important contribution to customer satisfaction Organisation of vehicle registrations in cooperation with contractors Advice to customers in vehicle equipment, leasing details and contract adjustments Processing of customer requests by phone, email or chat Ensuring careful time monitoring for customer fleets Monitoring of vehicle access and exits with complete tracking Requirement and supervision of lease contracts Maintaining customer data and performing administrative activities, such as ordering tank cards Coordination of the collection of offers based on agreed framework conditions Close cooperation with the Account Management for optimal customer support

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Practical experience in fleet management, leasing or car rental Embossed customer and service orientation Friendly appearance as well as pronounced communication strength and team capacity Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working as a success factor Found MS Office identifiers, especially in Outlook and Excel Good English knowledge of word and writing
