You have the professional control over the assigned staff of your columns and take care of the trainees. You carry construction machines and construction vehicles and service all necessary construction equipment. You have completed industrial training as civil engineering workers, road builders, construction equipment managers or comparable. You have several years of professional experience in general road construction and/or earth and civil engineering incl. Leadership experience, e.g. as a column leader. You have the medical fitness for outdoor physical work. You show your own initiative and the ability to act independently and independently, cost awareness, team skills You own at least. Driving class B, ideal class C1E, CE. You bring the willingness to acquire additional driving licences.
