You play a central role in the commercial sector and ensure that numbers, processes and evaluations become reliable, comprehensible and controllable.

These include in particular:

professional leadership and further development of the accounting and controlling team Construction or sharpening of controlling structures, evaluations and characteristic numbers Analysis of costs, deviations, results and liquidity Preparation of monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with tax advice/audit Identification of vulnerabilities in processes, numerical logic and systematics Commercial Sparringspartner function for management Working in ongoing accounting and ensuring clean commercial processes

You fit particularly well if you understand both accounting and controlling and do not have a bareness to work with you.

Important are:

commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualifications well-founded experience in accounting, finance and/or controlling as well as (first) leadership experience good understanding of qualifications, cost structures, evaluations and commercial relationships analytical view, toughness and the claim to get numbers really clean willingness to take responsibility, but also to take part medium-sized thinking: pragmatic, binding, direct and solution-oriented
