You are an expert for our internal teams and our customers on complex issues in the field of occupational retirement (bAV) and also implements these complex topics administratively.

Among other things, you are a contact person:in and customer manager:in questions concerning the management of occupational pensions for employers from different industries in Germany and advises our customers on solutions in the field of occupational pensions.

You are analysing existing precautionary structures, developing concepts and accompanying companies in implementation, while working closely with interdisciplinary teams consisting of colleagues from Legal, Actuariat and Administration.

You are working on projects for the further development of processes and technical systems, and you will develop requirements for the specialist department on these technical developments and support them in administrative activities.

You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of occupational pensions

You have successfully completed your studies (VWL, BWL, Data Analytics, Finance, Jura or comparable) or have professional experience in the project environment, in consulting or in the care of business customers.

You have a strong customer and service orientation, are contactful and successfully build long-term and sustainable relationships with our customers.

You bring strong analytical skills and structure complex issues.

It motivates you to develop new areas of expertise and quickly changing areas of responsibility.

Project work and the joint achievement of goals are especially important for you to develop first-class solutions as part of a team.

You have secure MS Office knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point).

Your profile is rounded with very good German and good English skills.
